1. General Refund Principles
At Astro-Vedic Experience, we prepare thoroughly for every consultation — studying your birth chart, preparing personalised insights, and reserving dedicated time for you. Because of this preparation, our refund policy reflects the significant work involved even before your session begins.
All fees are collected via UPI and verified via WhatsApp payment screenshot. By completing payment and submitting your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling — Consultation Sessions
If you contact us on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before your confirmed slot, we will reschedule your session to the next available time. One free reschedule per booking. Subsequent reschedules may incur a rebooking fee of ₹99.
If you do not attend your confirmed session and did not contact us at least 2 hours in advance via WhatsApp, the full consultation fee is forfeited. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for no-shows without prior notice.
In cases of verified medical emergency or significant technical failure on our side, we will review refund or reschedule requests on a case-by-case basis. Evidence may be required. Contact us within 24 hours of the missed session.

4. Kundli PDF Report Policy
For Kundli PDF Report orders (₹1499):
- Reports are delivered to your email within 48–72 hours of receiving correct birth details and confirmed payment
- If delivery is delayed beyond 72 hours due to our error, a full refund will be issued on request
- Reports are non-refundable once delivered — digital products cannot be returned
- If birth details provided by the client are incorrect, a corrected report will be offered at a reduced fee; a full refund will not be issued
- Each report is prepared specifically for you and cannot be reused or resold
5. How to Raise a Refund or Reschedule Request
All requests must be submitted via WhatsApp to ensure a clear record:
- Send your full name and booking details to WhatsApp: +91-XXXXXXXXXX
- Include the reason for your request
- Include your UPI transaction reference number
- For refunds: approved amounts are processed within 5–7 working days to your original UPI account
6. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with a consultation, please contact us within 24 hours via WhatsApp. We take all feedback seriously and will work with you to find a fair resolution. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 working days.
Disputes not resolved directly may be escalated to consumer grievance channels under applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Existing bookings will be honoured under the policy in effect at the time of booking.
